List some of the daily tasks that you work on:
Although there is a team of managers in my department that are all responsible for overseeing the catered functions, we each have a particular administrative focus as well. Primarily, I deal with the schedules of over 400 servers; many of them are on-call which means we may only see them every few months. It is sometimes difficult to keep communication with that many people. I enjoy the challenge though. Most of the evening food and bar functions are the events I work with.

What do you like most about working for Rosen Hotels & Resorts®?
The team I work with has been together for many years so we work very well. Also, this company has little to no politics involved. There is a solid decision maker at the helm who consistently thinks of what is best for the entire company. The employees get taken care of quickly and personally because of this. I also like that I am able to have a job that allows me enough personal time with my wife and my distance bicycle trips!
