Celebrate your blessings this Thanksgiving Day with a true treat for the entire family – the bountiful Thanksgiving Day Buffet at Rosen Plaza. The talented Rosen Plaza culinary team will present a seasonal harvest offering traditional favorites and inventive new treats, expertly served by catering staff attending to the every need of guests, amid festive, appropriately socially-distanced tables.
Chilled starters include peel-n-eat shrimp and oysters on-the-half-shell, mixed garden greens and fruit and cheese displays. Tantalizing entrees like roasted Tom turkey with pan gravy, cranberries and herb stuffing, Cuban-style pork loin, baked salmon with shallots and even Asian edamame pot stickers complement favorites such as country-style mashed potatoes, maple glazed sweet potatoes with marshmallow pecan streusel and green bean casserole.
Chef’s carving station with Harris Ranch roast prime rib beef au jus, pasta station and children’s offerings ensure plenty for every family member to enjoy. The cost is $39.95 per adult; $18.95 per child ages 4 to 11, both exclusive of tax and service charge. Children 3 and younger eat free. Buffet guests receive complimentary self parking.
