Community Giving Form

Our company receives numerous requests from many worthy organizations, far more than we are able to support. Consideration for sponsorship requests will be at the discretion of our contribution committee who will make the final determination.
Please read the following requirements before submitting your request:

• Requests must come from charitable organizations which are non-profit and tax exempt as per section 501 C (3) of the IRS Tax Code.
• All organizations will be required to provide statements and documentation regarding disbursement of funds to their charitable causes.
• All requests must be submitted at least 3 months in advance of the event date.
• The community giving online form must be completed to its entirety before it can be considered.
• Requests will be approved or declined in writing via e-mail.
