Kathy’s favorite restaurant is Mi Casa Tequila at Rosen Shingle Creek. She finds the tableside guacamole topped with crab and lobster incredible.

Kathy has won several awards throughout her career at Rosen Hotels & Resorts, including Manager of the Year, Community Hero Award, and the Stewardship Award.
